Best GEO agencies for B2B: specialists compared

By Fame Team

Key Takeaways

  • GEO agencies differ most by method: on-site work, earned mentions, Reddit and PR, or enterprise strategy.
  • Siege Media, Omnius, iPullRank, Foundation and Spyndle publish no price on the pages we checked.
  • Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search at $2,000 a month.
  • A GEO-only specialist can be a poor fit if your site still has basic technical gaps.

Which GEO agencies are best for B2B?

For B2B generative engine optimization, compare Fame for daily on-site work, Siege Media for PR and research-led programs, Omnius for SaaS and fintech, iPullRank for enterprise, Spyndle for earned mentions, Foundation for distribution and DerivateX for pipeline attribution. Choose by method first, because that drives what you get.

Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search, including a GEO service, so it has an interest in the outcome. It appears first for that reason. The facts on every other agency come from its own website, linked inline.

Our AEO roundup compares agencies on price. This one compares them on method, because two GEO agencies at the same budget may be doing completely different work.

What are the main GEO methods?

Sorted by where the work happens, the agencies below fall into four rough groups:

  • On-site and technical: making pages readable to AI crawlers, structured data and new or improved pages. Fame and Omnius both cover this.
  • Earned mentions: getting named on third-party pages that AI answers draw from. Spyndle is built around this.
  • Research and PR: original data that publishers pick up. Siege Media leads with this.
  • Strategy and engineering: audits, plans and measurement for large organizations. iPullRank's programs are the clearest example.

Which GEO specialists should you compare?

1. Fame

Fame Search is the on-site-first option. Each day brings one action on your site, up to 10 new or improved pages a month, with weekly tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini. Off-site work is limited to outreach drafts for third-party lists. There is no link-building program, and you approve everything.

Price: $2,000 a month, one plan. Contract terms are not published.

On its own site, from June 1 to a snapshot dated October 30, 2026, Fame reports that 38-76% of tracked AI answers cite fame.so, with 42,966 Google impressions and 41 AI assistant visits in the last 28 days. Those are Fame's own numbers for its own site. Fame has no client results for this service yet.

Who it is not for: companies whose main gap is earned authority and who want an agency to run placements for them. Spyndle or Siege Media is closer to that.

2. Siege Media

Siege Media's GEO program spans research reports and digital PR, bottom-funnel content, disclosed Reddit presence, affiliate placements in editorial roundups and quarterly-or-faster page refreshes. Reporting covers LLM share of voice, citations, AI referral traffic and branded search lift. Its homepage reports 98% LLM visibility for Zendesk and 96% for Zapier, both vendor-reported.

Price: not published. You request a proposal.

Who it is not for: by its own page, anyone needing results within weeks. It asks for a 6+ month horizon and suits brands already investing in SEO, content or brand. Its logo list also leans to very large companies.

3. Omnius

Omnius is a London-headquartered agency that works exclusively with SaaS, fintech and AI companies. Its GEO page lists 20 activities, including AI crawler access, schema, llms.txt, knowledge panels, Bing optimization and authority building on Reddit, Quora, G2 and LinkedIn. You can test the llms.txt piece yourself with a free generator.

Price: not published. Timeline: it says most clients see results in 2 to 3 months, with more significant ones often taking 6 to 12 months.

Who it is not for: any B2B company outside its three verticals.

4. iPullRank

iPullRank describes itself as an enterprise and mid-market AI search agency. Its strategy programs include a 3-month Opportunity Sprint and two 12-month performance programs. The Elite program includes a content engineering brief for 100 URLs and a keyword portfolio of 5,000+ with passage evaluations. It claims $5B+ in organic results for clients overall, a vendor figure not specific to GEO.

Price: not published. Book a discovery call.

Who it is not for: small teams wanting an execution partner on a low monthly budget. The depth of analysis assumes an organization that can act on it, and the longer programs run a full year.

5. Spyndle

Spyndle focuses on earning brand mentions through guest articles, PR and Reddit, with a full AI Visibility Program available. It reports one case study of $280K in qualified pipeline and 31 guest articles placed for a sales engagement platform, and says first AI mentions arrive within 30 to 60 days. Those claims are vendor-sourced. It also offers a free guest article where the fit is right.

Price: not published on its site.

Who it is not for: non-SaaS companies, since its site says it serves B2B SaaS only, and teams whose own pages need rebuilding first.

6. Foundation Marketing

Foundation ties GEO to distribution: strategy, technical SEO, LLM advertising, executive visibility, digital PR and paid channels. Logos shown include Webex, Canva and Procore. It stands out for naming professional services and manufacturing alongside SaaS.

Price: not published. It offers a free audit.

Who it is not for: buyers who want a price before a call, or a narrow single-channel engagement. Its strength is the breadth of the mix.

7. DerivateX

DerivateX has the most measurement-led GEO offer here. Its higher tiers include schema, entity and knowledge graph work, and Market Leader reconciles attribution against your CRM. Off-site placements are budgeted separately and approved by you, and billed against placements actually made.

Price: $5,000 to $12,000 a month plus $1,000 to $3,000 in off-site budget.

Who it is not for: companies outside B2B software, or anyone unwilling to give CMS and Search Console access. See DerivateX alternatives.

How do you pick the right GEO method?

Start with a diagnosis. If AI crawlers cannot read your pages, earned mentions will only do part of the job. An AI readability grader gives a quick first signal. Then look at which sources get cited for your key buyer questions:

  • If your own site is rarely cited but competitors' sites are, the gap is on-site. Look at Fame or Omnius.
  • If third-party lists dominate the answers and you are missing from them, the gap is off-site. Look at Spyndle, Siege Media or DerivateX.
  • If you run a very large site with several teams involved, the gap may be organizational. iPullRank's sprint is built to surface that.
  • If you want paid LLM ads in the same plan, Foundation is the one here that lists them.

Also ask who owns what is built when the engagement ends. DerivateX states that you own everything it builds. Get the same answer in writing from anyone you hire.

How did we research this comparison?

We reviewed each agency's homepage and GEO service or pricing page on November 3, 2026, and recorded the stated method, sectors, price and terms. We did not test any agency or audit its results. Client outcomes are reported by the agencies themselves. Where a page gives no price, we say so instead of estimating one.

Fame is listed first because Fame wrote this. The grouping by method is our own simplification, and most of these agencies do some of everything.
