By Fame Team

Key Takeaways

  • Published AEO prices we could verify run from $2,000 a month (Fame, FirstIndex) to $120,000 a year (Omniscient Digital).
  • Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search, so weigh its placement accordingly.
  • Most of these agencies focus on software. Fame, RevenueZen and Foundation are more open to other B2B sectors.
  • Every result quoted here is self-reported by the agency.

What are the best AEO agencies for B2B in 2026?

The best AEO agencies for B2B companies in 2026 are Fame, FirstIndex, Discovered Labs, Omniscient Digital, DerivateX, Optimist, TripleDart and RevenueZen. The right pick depends on budget and sector: FirstIndex suits software on a budget, Omniscient suits large programs, and Fame suits B2B companies outside software.

A disclosure first: Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search, an AEO service. That is why it appears first, and it is not a neutral position. Everything else below is drawn from each agency's own website, checked on November 3, 2026, so you can click through and verify it.

AEO stands for answer engine optimization: the work of getting your company named and cited when a buyer asks an AI assistant a question. Agencies package it very differently, so the comparison below focuses on what you pay for and what you actually receive each month.

Which AEO agencies should B2B teams consider?

1. Fame

Fame Search is one plan at $2,000 a month for B2B companies in any sector. It tracks agreed buyer questions weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, ships one action on your site each day (a fix, a new page or an improved page, up to 10 pages a month), watches competitors, and drafts outreach for third-party lists. You approve every change, and Tom Hunt, Fame's CEO, manages the service.

On its own site, from June 1 to a snapshot dated October 30, 2026, Fame reports that 38-76% of tracked AI answers cite fame.so, with 42,966 Google impressions and 41 AI assistant visits in the last 28 days. Those are Fame's own numbers for its own site. Fame has no client results for this service yet.

Who it is not for: teams that want a large link-building program or CRM pipeline attribution as the core deliverable, or buyers who need client case studies before signing. Contract terms are not published, so ask on a call.

2. FirstIndex

FirstIndex sells done-for-you AI visibility and SEO to software companies. Its monthly scope lists up to 12 in-depth articles, 50+ fixes to existing pages, index checks, comparison pages, free tools and a weekly report. On volume, that is the most content per dollar we found at this price.

Price: $2,000 a month with a 3-month start, or $1,500 a month on a 12-month term. A one-off search and AI report costs $1,000. Its proof chart shows growth but names no client.

Who it is not for: any B2B company that does not sell software, or buyers who want named references on the page. See the Fame vs FirstIndex comparison or FirstIndex alternatives.

3. Discovered Labs

Discovered Labs runs SEO and AEO as one service, with Reddit marketing and link building alongside. It publishes the strongest named evidence on this list, including Granola and incident.io, though those numbers are vendor-reported. The site says both that it works exclusively with B2B SaaS and that it serves fintech, healthcare and professional services, so confirm fit on a call.

Price: Establish is €6,995 a month and Compete €10,995 a month on 6-month commitments, about €1,000 and €2,000 more on month-to-month. A diagnostic costs €4,370 and is credited if you sign within 14 days.

Who it is not for: teams with a budget under about €7,000 a month, or those wanting a contractual citation promise. The pricing page says AI search results cannot be guaranteed.

4. Omniscient Digital

Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency covering SEO, AEO, programmatic SEO, digital PR, link building and conversion work. Its site reports that OnBoard reached the top AI visibility position and that Convert grew AI citations 140% in 60 days. Both are vendor-reported.

Price: full-service engagements start at $120,000 a year, which works out to $10,000 a month.

Who it is not for: companies that want AEO only, or that cannot commit a six-figure annual budget. See Omniscient Digital alternatives.

5. DerivateX

DerivateX combines SEO, GEO and LLM entity work for B2B SaaS between $5M and $50M ARR. It publishes unusually detailed tiers, including asset counts and query clusters, and a monthly attribution report mapping organic and AI channels to CRM pipeline.

Price: $5,000, $8,000 or $12,000 a month, plus a separate off-site citation budget of $1,000 to $3,000 that you approve before spend. A $3,500 diagnostic is credited if you start a retainer within 30 days.

Who it is not for: by its own statement, pre-revenue companies, e-commerce, local or B2C businesses, and anyone expecting guaranteed top rankings.

6. Optimist

Optimist calls itself an SEO and AI search consulting firm, working in three phases: audit, strategy and consulting. The audit covers 21 visibility factors. It says it has worked with nearly 200 B2B marketing teams, and it publishes AEO case studies on LLM referral revenue.

Price: consulting retainers start at $3,000 a month, month-to-month. Audit and strategy prices are not published.

Who it is not for: teams with no in-house marketer to act on a roadmap, or buyers outside B2B tech and SaaS looking for sector-specific experience. See Optimist alternatives.

7. TripleDart

TripleDart is a B2B SaaS marketing agency with organic, GTM engineering and paid services. Its Organic Growth plan includes GEO and AEO strategy, up to 30 content assets a month (the same page's FAQ says 50) and 5,000 tracked prompts. It suits teams that want AEO and paid media from one supplier.

Price: from $5,000 a month, billed monthly with no long-term commitment, according to the service page.

Who it is not for: its FAQ targets Series A to growth-stage B2B SaaS, so non-tech companies and very early startups should look elsewhere.

8. RevenueZen

RevenueZen pairs SEO and GEO with interview-led content and LinkedIn. Its six published packages are the most transparent ladder here, from AI brand monitoring on Foundation to monthly AI visibility audits across four platforms on Total Market.

Price: $3,000 to $15,000 a month, with month-to-month available and discounts for 6 or 12 months.

Who it is not for: teams that want Reddit work or paid media, which the pricing page excludes, or that want link building on the lower tiers. Foundation and Growth exclude it.

How should you choose an AEO agency?

Ask these questions on every call. The answers separate agencies more than any list can.

  1. Which questions will you track, and do I agree them first? A vanity panel of branded prompts proves very little.
  2. How often is tracking run, and on which assistants? Fame's own share of answers calculator shows the basic math.
  3. Who changes my site? DerivateX's entry tier hands technical work to your team as instructions; others do it for you.
  4. What are the off-site activities, and who pays for placements?
  5. Can I see a named client in my sector, with dates?

Before any call, it costs nothing to run your own pages through a free AI readability grader and AI visibility checker.

How did we build this list?

We started with agencies that sell AEO or AI search as a named service to B2B companies, then fetched each one's own website and pricing page on November 3, 2026. We recorded only what those pages state. We did not run tests on any agency, speak to their clients or verify their results, so treat all performance figures as vendor-sourced.

Order reflects Fame's placement first, then a rough balance of published pricing and AEO focus. It is an editorial judgment by a competitor in this market. Agencies that publish no price, such as Siege Media and iPullRank, appear in our GEO comparison instead of here, because we wanted this list to be comparable on price.
