And the Fame Lite platform runs the rest of your show: episode tracking and review, guest and sponsor outreach with the Outreach Copilot, email campaigns from your own mailbox, a branded booking page, hosting, Apple and Spotify search rankings, and tracked links.

No add-on fees.

Will the software cost extra later?

It is included with every active subscription today, at today's price. If we ever charge for it separately, active subscribers keep their access at the price they signed up at.

Will my podcast sound PERFECT?

That depends on your equipment and recording environment. We're only professional audio engineers.

You will communicate with the Fame Lite Team Leader via email or Slack (whichever channel you prefer) to submit episodes and provide feedback.

How do I pay for the services?

When you choose your package you'll be prompted to pay via Credit Card for your subscription or package. We use Stripe as a credit card processor for the majority of our transactions.

Is there a contract?

Nope. You don't have to make a long-term commitment to us and you may cancel at any time.

Pick 2, 4, 6 or 8 episodes per month, in audio-only or video + audio. Every plan has the same 3-business-day turnaround, and you can change your plan whenever your publishing schedule changes.

We provide a 3-business-day turnaround time on every plan, with a maximum of 1 business day for any revisions.

Is Fame Lite an end-to-end podcasting solution?

No, Fame Lite is not an end-to-end podcasting solution. It does not include a dedicated Account Manager for strategic advice, meetings with our team, guest sourcing & booking, or help with promotion. How does the production queue work?

Fame Lite operates on a Single-Track Queue System using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. We focus on quality by working on only one episode per subscription at a time. A new episode enters active production only after the previous one is finalized and delivered.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are provided at no additional cost with a 1-business-day turnaround. To keep things efficient, please submit revision requests as one consolidated list.

Would I have an assigned member of your team, or just whoever is available?

We try and pair a pod with your show to have them get to know your requirements and style of editing. Every podcast is different.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

You most certainly can, you aren't locked into any long-term commitments. What's the process if I would downgrade or upgrade my plan with you? Just reach out to your project manager and he or she will help you downgrade or upgrade your plan that you have with us. We're here to help.

I have a special situation, can you help?

Yes, if your show is shorter than most, longer than most or weirder than most (maybe you interview next to train-tracks… who knows?) we would LOVE to help. Book a time for us to learn more about it here.

How and where do I send you the files to be worked on?

Once payment is processed, you will receive an onboarding email outlining the next steps and providing access to the tools you'll need to track your episodes. While we can work with any system, we typically provide a Google Drive link for your episodes and recordings.

Next steps would be to have you choose your package that suits your needs and then follow the setup instructions to book your onboarding session. After that, your episodes flow through the platform and your team gets to work.

Can you improve the quality of my recording?

Even though our audio producers are true experts, they aren't magicians. If the audio is just plain bade, no amount of time or skill will make it sound better and we'll let you know what is possible before proceeding further.
