When you choose your package you’ll be prompted to pay via Credit Card for your subscription or package. We use Stripe as a credit card processor for the majority of our transactions.
Nope. You don’t have to make a long-term commitment to us and you may cancel at any time.

Yeah! You can have unlimited tasks in your queue, but we’ll only work on 1 at a time. If we’ve got extra time, we’ll get it done early. If we’re at the limit, expect delivery on the deadline - not sooner.

No, Fame Lite is not an end-to-end podcasting solution. It does not include a dedicated Account Manager for strategic advice, meetings with our team, guest sourcing & booking, or help with promotion.

Fame Lite operates on a Single-Track Queue System using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. We focus on quality by working on only one episode per subscription at a time. A new episode enters active production only after the previous one is finalized and delivered.
Revisions are provided at no additional cost with a 1-business-day turnaround. To keep things efficient, please submit revision requests as one consolidated list.

We try and pair a pod with your show to have them get to know your requirements and style of editing. Every podcast is different.

What’s the process if I would downgrade or upgrade my plan with you?
Just reach out to your project manager and he or she will help you downgrade or upgrade your plan that you have with us. We’re here to help.
Yes, if your show is shorter than most, longer than most or weirder than most (maybe you interview next to train-tracks… who knows?) we would LOVE to help. Book a time for us to learn more about it here.
Once payment is processed, you will receive an onboarding email outlining the next steps and providing access to the tools you'll need to track your episodes. While we can work with any system, we typically provide a Google Drive link for your episodes and recordings.
Next steps would be to have you choose your package that suits your needs and then follow the setup instructions to book your onboarding session. After that, you’ll be on easy street with unlimited podcasting.
Even though our audio producers are true experts, they aren’t magicians. If the audio is just plain bade, no amount of time or skill will make it sound better and we’ll let you know what is possible before proceeding further.

Standard Clips are 90-second social media edits (with captions) designed to help your episodes go viral on Shorts and Reels.
