Fame Lite Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Fame Lite is a subscription-based podcast production service that handles editing, deliverables, and publishing for podcast episodes.

Production follows a Single-Track Queue System, meaning the team works on one episode at a time per client, processed in a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) order.

A new episode only enters production after the current episode has been completed and delivered.

This system ensures:

  • consistent turnaround times
  • focused production
  • predictable workflow

2. Production Workflow

One Episode at a Time

Each subscription processes one episode at a time to maintain quality and turnaround times.

If a client uploads multiple episodes, they are placed in the queue and processed sequentially.

Queue Management

Episodes are arranged based on:

  • submission order
  • publishing date provided in the submission form
  • client instructions via Slack or email

The next episode begins production only after the previous one is finalized.

Submission Requirements

Episodes only enter the production queue once all required materials are submitted.

Required materials include:

  • Episode submission form
  • Raw video or audio files
  • Editing notes or instructions
  • Required assets (logo, intro/outro, music, etc.)

If materials are missing, the episode will not enter the queue until everything is provided.

3. Turnaround Times

  • Revision requests are processed within 1 business day when instructions are clear and complete.
  • Revisions are also processed using the FIFO queue system.

Daily Submission Cutoff

Daily cutoff: 12:00 PM EST

Any episode or revision submitted after this time will begin its turnaround clock the next business day.
