The Implement AI Podcast is hosted by tech entrepreneur Piers Linney and AI expert Dr. Aalok Y. Shukla. It’s designed to cut through the hype around AI and focus on what really matters: practical insights for businesses looking to use AI tools and agents to work smarter and scale more efficiently.

Piers and Aalok sought to establish "The Implement AI Podcast" as a definitive authority in the AI space. Their core objective was to achieve a top UK ranking within the highly competitive podcast charts, all while keeping things stress-free by handing over the day-to-day production.

We knew that with hosts like Piers and Aalok, their time was best spent creating great content. Our job was to make everything else happen, from editing and publishing to growth and promotion, so they could focus on delivering smart, useful episodes. We also aimed to grow the audience and make the podcast a real thought-leadership asset for the brand.

We started by giving the podcast a full rebrand, fresh new visuals, a cleaner style, and an animated intro and outro that gave the show a more polished, consistent look. We also took over all the production, editing, and scheduling so the team could stay hands-off. All we needed from the client was their recordings.

The real momentum came when we paired that with a strong growth strategy: a mix of paid ads and organic efforts like SEO, LinkedIn promotion, and smart community posting. One YouTube campaign alone delivered 85,211 impressions at just £0.59 CPM. All of this, combined with the new visual identity and steady content delivery, led to some clear results in the first quarter of 2025.

The Implement AI Podcast saw an incredible uplift in visibility and audience engagement. It ranked as high as #17 in the UK and #4 in Ireland in the Management category and the company behind the podcast, Implement AI, was recently named AI Startup of the Year – London 2025 🎉

This has significantly strengthened Piers and Aalok’s presence as leading voices in the AI space, especially among UK business decision-makers.

On the numbers side, downloads jumped from just 359 in April to over 2,000 in May, and then 6,166 by the end of June. The June goal was 1,298, we smashed it with over 375% growth. Listeners grew too, reaching 1,274 in June (up from 875 in May and 403 in April). We also saw Apple’s average episode consumption hit 70%, a strong indicator that listeners are staying engaged and finding value in each episode.
