Best LLM SEO agencies for B2B (what they charge and what you get)
By Fame Team
Key Takeaways
- Published LLM SEO retainers we verified start at $2,000 a month and pass $15,000 at the top.
- Compare deliverables per month, not agency labels: content units, placements, prompts and reports.
- Off-site budgets can add $1,000 to $3,000 a month on top of a retainer at DerivateX.
- Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search at $2,000 a month.
Which LLM SEO agencies give B2B teams the most for the money?
For B2B LLM SEO, expect $2,000 to $15,000 a month. At $2,000, Fame and FirstIndex offer done-for-you basics. At $3,000 to $5,000, RevenueZen, Optimist and TripleDart add strategy or scale. Above that, Discovered Labs and DerivateX add off-site programs and bigger teams. The best value depends on who does the work.
Fame publishes this list and sells Fame Search, which includes LLM SEO. It appears first for that reason. Details on the other agencies come from their own pricing pages, checked on November 3, 2026.
LLM SEO means optimizing so large language models such as those behind ChatGPT and Claude mention your company in their answers. This post breaks down, price point by price point, what you actually receive.
What do you get at each price point?
| Monthly price | Agency and plan | Published deliverables |
|---|---|---|
| $1,500-$2,000 | FirstIndex | Up to 12 articles, 50+ page fixes, weekly report |
| $2,000 | Fame Search | Daily site action, up to 10 pages, weekly tracking on 4 assistants, outreach drafts |
| $3,000 | RevenueZen Foundation | 4 articles, 3 refreshes, AI brand monitoring, monthly call |
| $3,000+ | Optimist consulting | Hands-on execution, reporting, shared Slack |
| $5,000 | DerivateX entry tier | 18 on-page assets over the pilot, about 50 queries, plus off-site budget |
| $5,000+ | TripleDart Organic Growth | Up to 30 assets, 5,000 tracked prompts |
| €6,995 | Discovered Labs Establish | Up to 20 content units, 10 Reddit mentions, 4-person pod |
| $10,000 average | Omniscient Digital | $120,000+ a year for a full-service program |
| $15,000 | RevenueZen Total Market | 12-15+ articles, research, LinkedIn, monthly AI audits |
Units differ. A DerivateX asset, a Discovered Labs content unit and a FirstIndex article may not be equal work, so ask for samples.
Which LLM SEO agencies should you consider?
1. Fame: daily execution at a flat price
With Fame Search you pay $2,000 a month and get one action on your site each day. There are no tiers to compare. Reporting comes as a weekly email and a live portal tab, Search Console and GA4 are connected to show assistant visits, and you approve every change. Off-site help is drafted outreach to third-party lists, not a placement program.
On its own site, from June 1 to an October 30, 2026 snapshot, Fame reports that 38-76% of tracked AI answers cite fame.so and 1,416 of 1,610 pages grade A. Those are self-reported numbers for Fame's own site, and it has no client results for this service yet.
Who it is not for: teams wanting done-for-you placements or a big content volume. Terms are not published, so ask.
2. FirstIndex: the highest stated volume at the low end
FirstIndex lists up to 12 articles and 50+ fixes each month for $2,000, dropping to $1,500 on a 12-month term. You commit for 3 months first, then go month-to-month. It also says hiring out this work at an SEO agency would cost about $25,000 a month, which is its own comparison and worth treating as marketing.
Who it is not for: non-software companies, which it does not target.
3. RevenueZen: clear tiers with stated exclusions
RevenueZen lists what each package excludes as well as what it includes, which makes comparison simple. Growth at $5,000 adds GenAI topic research and schema. Accelerate at $7,000 adds 4 links a month. Monthly GEO monitoring with competitor citation tracking arrives at Command, $12,000. Budget for your own team's time: 6 to 8 hours in the first 30 days, then 2 to 3 hours a month.
Who it is not for: teams wanting competitor citation tracking at the lower price points, or wanting Reddit work at any tier.
4. Optimist: consulting, not a content factory
Optimist starts at $3,000 a month for month-to-month consulting, with separate audit and roadmap phases whose prices are not listed. Its AEO case studies report 8x conversions and 25x referral traffic from LLMs for a fintech client over 6 months. Those are vendor-reported, and the client is unnamed.
Who it is not for: teams looking for a fixed monthly output count. Its page does not publish one.
5. DerivateX: the most itemized scope
DerivateX spells out assets by type for each pilot. The $8,000 tier provides 30 on-page assets, about 80 queries and direct CMS implementation, with $1,500 to $2,000 in off-site budget approved by you. Real monthly cost is therefore retainer plus budget. Its entry tier gives technical work to your team as instructions.
Who it is not for: non-software companies, pre-revenue startups, and buyers after the cheapest retainer, which it says directly.
6. TripleDart: large allowances from one supplier
TripleDart's Organic Growth plan lists SEO and GEO strategy, content engineering, direct CMS publishing, 5,000 tracked prompts, a dedicated strategist and bi-weekly calls from $5,000. The page gives both 30 and 50 as the asset ceiling, so clarify that. Ask also which allowances apply at the starting price.
Who it is not for: companies outside B2B SaaS and adjacent tech. See TripleDart alternatives.
7. Discovered Labs: bigger pods and Reddit included
Discovered Labs includes a dedicated team on every retainer, with a 4-person pod on Establish and a 7-person pod with an engineer on its top tier. Compete at €10,995 on a 6-month commitment adds 30 content units, comparison pages and 20 Reddit mentions. Month-to-month, it costs about €2,000 more, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Who it is not for: budget-limited teams, and those who want a US-dollar price, since this page lists euros. See Discovered Labs alternatives.
What should a monthly LLM SEO report show?
Whatever you pay, the report is how you find out what you bought. Agencies here publish different reporting promises: weekly at FirstIndex and Fame, monthly attribution to CRM pipeline at DerivateX, monthly reporting with dashboards at Discovered Labs, and monthly calls at RevenueZen's lower tiers. Ask for a sample before you sign, with client names removed if needed. A useful report should show:
- The agreed list of buyer questions, and how often each assistant cites or names you on them.
- Which competitors appear instead of you, and which sources the assistants cite.
- What was shipped in the period, with links to each page or fix.
- Visits from AI assistants and any leads you can trace to them.
- What happens next, and what the agency needs from you.
If an agency can only show a single visibility score, ask how it is calculated and which prompts feed it.
What costs are easy to miss?
- Off-site budgets. DerivateX bills these separately, $1,000 to $3,000 a month.
- Up-front audits. DerivateX's diagnostic is $3,500 and Discovered Labs' is €4,370, though both can be credited under stated conditions.
- Your team's time. RevenueZen is the only one here to publish an estimate, and it is a useful planning number for any agency.
- Commitment discounts. FirstIndex, Discovered Labs and RevenueZen all price lower for longer terms, so compare like with like.
- Tracking tools. Check whether tracking is included, or use a free visibility checker to validate the agency's numbers.
How did we research prices and scope?
We took prices and deliverables only from each agency's site on November 3, 2026. If a price is not on the page, we did not estimate it, which is why agencies like Siege Media and iPullRank are absent here. The Omniscient monthly figure is simply its annual minimum divided by 12. Performance figures are vendor-reported, and we did not test any service. Fame wrote this and competes with these agencies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Published retainers on this list start at $2,000 a month, or $1,500 with FirstIndex's 12-month term, and reach $15,000 or more.
In practice the terms overlap, and agencies use them almost interchangeably. Compare the actual deliverables, not the label.
It depends on where AI answers in your category get their sources. Look at which pages get cited first, then decide. Require approval before spend, as DerivateX's terms do.
Discovered Labs and RevenueZen publish month-to-month options, and Optimist and TripleDart describe monthly arrangements. Fame's terms are not published.
