Kaleth spent over three decades in service to his country as an airman. Before retiring, he was the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, the highest enlisted leadership level.
He is now the CEO at Air Force Aid Society—the US Air Force’s official charity—where he continues his service to the USAF community as the host on the Airmen Helping Airmen podcast by the Air Force Aid Society.
When Kaleth isn’t helping airmen and guardians out, he provides leadership expertise as an executive coach and delivers keynote addresses to audiences across the globe as a professional speaker.
