Justin Edwards
“Great B2B applications aren’t built by chasing trends. They’re built by understanding real users, real constraints, and shipping in tight, repeatable loops.”

Justin Edwards builds things, apps, teams, and occasionally, chaos-resistant infrastructure. He is the CIO at Delta Systems, where he helps businesses turn messy ideas into working software, and the co-host of SaaS That App: Building B2B Web Applications, a podcast about the real (and occasionally painful) parts of building tech-enabled businesses.

Before joining Delta in 2022, Justin ran Iterative Consulting, a custom software shop, and later co-founded Strive DB, a SaaS company serving victim-service organizations. Across those roles, he has gone from wiring up early-stage prototypes to steering large-scale digital rebuilds, and everything in between.

He is happiest in the overlap between code and strategy: shipping things that actually work, cutting through buzzword fog, and helping founders and teams make better technical bets without overcomplicating them.
