Carina Clingman is a doctor in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, holding a PhD from UMass Chan Medical School. Dedicated to empowering biotech growth, in 2014, she founded Recruitomics Biotalent Consulting where she is currently the CEO.

Alongside hiring excellent talent in the biotech and medical device sector, she is also a Leadership Advisor Council member for the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI), BioFabUSA.

Recently she founded the platform and community, Collaboratory Career Hub, which is dedicated to helping professional development within the biotech and tech sectors.
