Future of Marketing is a B2B podcast exploring how marketing teams are actually using AI in their day-to-day work. Featuring conversations with CMOs, growth leaders, and operators, the show focuses on real workflows, decisions, and trade-offs across GTM, content, SEO, analytics, and revenue.

This was a launch client, meaning the podcast was built entirely from scratch with no existing audience or performance history. The objective was to establish a category-defining show that could drive thought leadership in AI-driven marketing, build high-value relationships with senior leaders, and position its hosts, from Upside, Graphite Growth, and XYZ Venture Capital, as credible voices in the space.

A key differentiator of the show is its multi-host format. Each company brings a host with a distinct perspective, venture, operator, and technical growth, allowing episodes to feel dynamic while maintaining a consistent level of insight. Guest sourcing is led by the three companies, ensuring every guest is highly relevant and already within their network, which elevates the quality and depth of each conversation.

To support a strong launch, we released three episodes in the first week to build momentum and create multiple entry points for listeners, before moving into a consistent weekly cadence. Alongside production, we worked closely with the team to deliver high-quality assets across video, audio, artwork, short-form clips, and written content, ensuring each episode was positioned for maximum reach.

Fame managed distribution via Fame Host, later transitioning to Substack to expand discovery and take advantage of a broader content platform. Combined with a multi-platform approach across audio and YouTube, this created a scalable content engine designed for long-term growth.

The impact was immediate. The podcast launched in February 2026 and debuted at #17 in the USA for Marketing on Apple Podcasts and continues to rank within the Top 100. As the show has evolved, there has been a strategic shift toward YouTube and Substack as primary growth channels, further expanding its reach and engagement.
