Tom Jonsson is the Chief Operating Officer at Ascension. Before his current position, he held with James Capital Advisors as both a Senior Director in Investment Sales and a Sales Manager. As an investment sale broker, Tom has sold more than $500M in total sales volume in multiple property types, including multifamily, net-leased, office, and development opportunities.

Tom has worked in real estate since 2005, starting as a litigation attorney and since 2007 in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.
