How many photographers do I need?

It depends on the size of the event and whether things happen at the same time. One photographer covers most single-room events. Parallel sessions, a large exhibition floor or a day that runs into an evening event usually need two. We will recommend a number in your quote.

Can we get photos during the event to post on social?

Ask for it in your brief. Many of our photographers can send a small set of edited images while the event is still running, and your quote will say whether that is included.

Can you photograph and film the same event?

Yes. We can send a photographer and a video crew to the same Chicago event, working from one brief, so you get stills and footage of the same moments.

How far ahead should I book an event photographer in Chicago?
