Zenoti is a global leader in cloud-based software for the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries. With a mission to empower providers through smarter, scalable tech, Zenoti has built one of the most recognisable SaaS brands in its space, anchored by its visionary founder and CEO, Sudheer Koneru.

Zenoti came to Fame looking to elevate its brand authority through Growth Diaries, a podcast already in development. Their goal: to create a show that supports long-term brand equity, positions Zenoti as an industry thought leader, and importantly, builds the internal capability to manage podcast production independently in the future.

The client wanted a fresh, elevated podcast presence, something more than a content series. They needed a system. We developed a strategy centered on high-impact design, seamless production, and comprehensive promotional support, while documenting everything to ensure handover readiness.

We immediately refreshed the podcast’s look and feel:

  • Designed new brand artwork and thumbnails and all marketing materials
  • Introduced a dynamic audio/video hook with enhanced audio/visuals and animated graphics
  • Polished the intro/outro for energy and consistency
  • Standardised visual branding across platforms

On the promo side, we activated all key growth pillars: paid ads, cold email, community posting, client email templates, listener cold outreach, blog posts, and host coaching, etc. We also introduced a clear internal reporting workflow aligned with Zenoti’s leadership format.

The turning point came after launching the fully refreshed episode featuring Matt Maroone (Silver Mirror). With the new creative system in place, we:

  • Activated multi-channel paid ads (YouTube + Mowpod)
  • Hit 2M impressions 
  • Grew subscribers by 140% 
  • Saw over 100,000 views/downloads in May alone

We also provided a detailed LinkedIn strategy for the host, custom coaching documents, and a scalable podcast email marketing plan. All assets and processes were delivered in a handover-friendly format.

Zenoti now has:

  • A high-performing, systemised podcast asset
  • Weekly reporting aligned with their internal dashboards
  • A scalable content engine fuelling industry conversations
  • A replicable model to eventually bring in-house

Most importantly, Growth Diaries has helped raise the profile of Zenoti and Sudheer in the wellness, fitness, and SaaS space, driving visibility, engagement, and long-term value through expert-led storytelling.
