The Challenger team launched Winning the Challenger Sale podcast in March 2021 to capitalize on the success of the book series, expand thought leadership presence and raise awareness of their sales training offerings.
The show got off to a solid start, with hosting Jen episodes with external influencers in the sales niche.
Jen wanted to both grow show downloads, whilst also adopting a more structured approach to generating thought leadership content.
Each month, podcast episodes on the feed focus on a specific sales topic that is also covered in a live webinar. Episode types include audio from the webinar, interviews with external guests and solo episodes with just Jen.
Since taking on the show, the 10% month on month targets have been exceeded significantly and the show is now widely recognized as a top 10 sales podcast 📈
