Delta Systems came to us with a podcast idea that was ‘delightfully nerdy’: “SaaS That App”. They were aiming to bridge the space between tech and entrepreneurship, inviting guests from these two different personas on the only podcast exclusively focused on B2B Web Applications.
They wanted to launch their podcast with a bang, to build awareness for Delta Systems, gaining them recognition as thought leaders in their industry and eventually, convert listeners of the show into clients.
We said: say no more! And executed a detailed paid ads proposal to launch the podcast and surpass all expectations, alongside our usual organic actions.

Our launch month had phenomenal results: achieving record results of 4,328 downloads in the first 48 hours of launch, and over 26,000 downloads across the first 2 weeks. We also had a phenomenal performance on YouTube Shorts, with 11,000 organic views in May, and currently total 2,700 YouTube subscribers.
We used a variety of tools to achieve this phenomenal growth, including a detailed paid ads plan, with our budget spread across multiple up-and-coming platforms, including Mowpod, Audience Lift, as well as YouTube. We also tried Podroll and brand-new Spotify ads - but those didn’t work too well! Undeterred, we quickly pivoted to focus on our 3 key platforms, adding further budget into YouTube, which had been high-performing for us, and ensuring the phenomenal success of the podcast.
Needless to say, the Delta Systems team was absolutely thrilled. Several of the guests noted that they’d discovered the podcast on YouTube, especially via YouTube Shorts, and how impressed they were with the quality. We’ve also managed to secure some huge names in the industry as guests, as a result of the increased brand awareness, including booking one of Delta’s dream guests and a huge name in SaaS, Rob Walling. Overall, we’ve greatly built the thought leadership of the podcast in just a couple of short months – and this is just the beginning!
