Topping The Charts with DigitalGenius

Back in 2022, DigitalGenius launched their brand awareness campaign with a very effective content strategy: a podcast. Now that's genius! DigitalGenius and Fame immediately joined forces and began working on a podcast with the objective of growing brand awareness for the automated eCommerce customer support platform which worked and is continuing to do so to this day.

Upon launch, the show immediately reaches #1 in the Marketing category in Apple Podcasts in the UK (DigitalGenius's target market):

Chris Kellner, host and Global VP Sales and Partnerships and external guests discuss a concept of eCommerce customer experience in a thirty minute episode published trimonthly. The podcast has already seen incredible success with guests like, Ian Golding, Thomas Staudte, Gustavo Imhof, and Paul Davis, just to name a few. 

Within a month of launching, the podcast reached the top spot for its category Marketing and is still pushing the limits. The collaboration between DigitalGenius and Fame continues to deliver engaging customer experience episodes for eCommerce! 

The team isn't winding down, not by any stretch of the imagination. The current strategy continues until there are more interesting topics and guests in CX and Retail space to explore!
