Signify is the world leader in lighting, previously known as Phillips. 

Back in July 2022 Fame and Signify joined forces. 

Signify set out to improve the working lives of its internal sales team by aiming to unite its people in a humorous and light-hearted way through the concept of a podcast. 

They came to Fame to build a show around six equality compact episodes all catering to a different theme to support sales teams in many different countries. The process went something like this: gather and lease with internal guests, create a captivating podcast strategy, sourced a suitable soundtrack for the show, and designed a thumbnail to represent the podcast plus visual/audio design. 

Production followed.

Each episode featured the host and two internal guests discussing an element of sales related to Signify’s business and core values. Each episode was informally structured to create the concept of: On The Road with Signify, a conversational podcast built around becoming the best version of yourself through sales and life at Signify. 

From July to November, the podcast took just four months to produce. Signify launched an internal employee training site alongside On The Road with Signify.
