Neptune.ai have the tricky task of marketing its platform to developers... a notable challenge!

Instead of running ads or doing cold outbound, the team decided to simply add value. Every other week, two internal experts from Neptune.ai jump on a live call with the audience and an external guest to chat MLOps. Attendees can ask the experts and guests live questions, right there on the call!

The long-form video and audio are then produced and distributed through YouTube and podcast directories respectively. A written summary of the episode is then posted on the Neptune blog and around 15 video snippets are created and distributed through social platforms, primarily LinkedIn.

Instead of interrupting their ideal customer with ads or outbound sales reps, Neptune.ai is slowly but surely building a strong brand in the MLOps space that will likely pay dividends for years to come!
