Surprisingly, there are huge shows with almost no presence on social media.
I find it impressive.
Their growth has been driven mostly through word-of-mouth and the listeners talking about them on social.

But what about the shows that are yet to build a big following?
Usually, these are more niched-down than the biggest shows out there.
Oftentimes, their hosts go above and beyond to distribute the episode online to attract new listeners.
I'm talking snippets, images, text posts, tweets, etc.
You might not reach as many loyal listeners but you'll get tons of assets you can reuse on your social media.
And, frankly, consuming a shorter social media snippet is a "smaller ask" than tuning into a full 30-minute conversation.

If I'd have to choose, I'd pick the second one as the upside of leveraging content for my LinkedIn profile makes me more "in control" of the outcome.
One episode would easily be one week's worth of content.
But that's just me.
