What Your Audience Could Learn
10 Years In the Making: From a Social Media Manager To a Big-Figure Exit

In 2011, Alex observed an interesting trend. Every purchase decision he made was influenced by social media. Yet, companies still hadn’t taken advantage of Facebook back then. And that was the beginning of his social media journey. He started running social media for ODEON cinemas and NowTV. Then, after discovering that corporate life is not for him, he started his own agency. But the biggest breakthrough was still yet to come…

On your podcast, Alex can talk about how in early 2015, he started building ContentCal from his agency profits. During his journey, he raised millions of dollars from VCs, grew 150% YoY during the pandemic and scaled ContentCal to a global leader in social media management. Then, in late 2021, Adobe knocked on his door and acquired his company. Now, for the first time, he wants to share his journey publicly.

What Does a Big-Figure Exit Really Feel Like

Everyone talks about the big pay day. The exit. The day when they hit “the number”. But no one shares what it really feels like. Is it all bells and whistles? Alex went through this emotional roller-coaster himself very recently. His business ContentCal was acquired by Adobe in late 2021 – but was it the happiest day in his life?

On your podcast, Alex can talk about the feelings that not so many serial entrepreneurs are willing to share. He’ll paint the picture of the exact moment when he received the notification from his bank that the transaction was complete and what exactly went through his mind. From feeling like the biggest impostor and realizing what really happened to receiving calls from people he didn’t know and finally finding the drive to actually keep going. Get ready for a deep dive into a moment every entrepreneur wants to experience but only a fraction actually does.

The 6-Step Fundraising Formula: Simple (Not Easy) Way To Raise Capital In 2022

When it comes to raising capital in 2022, most startup founders don’t know where to start, have no strategic narrative, and haven’t even considered an exit strategy. They pitch to investors that are rejecting them without getting a reason why. And that’s just a couple of reasons why only a fraction of them succeed.

On your podcast, Alex can walk you through his 6-step formula to raising capital in 2022. Specifically, how to navigate the investor network and why preparation is essential to speak with conviction. He can share why you need to prepare for rejections and how crucial one ‘yes’ can be. He can share how setting yourself a hard deadline, with bespoke 1-1 outreach will increase your chances amongst the competitive environment in 2022.

The Tipping Point: Digital-First Economy Trends And What Alex Will Invest in, in 2022

By 2023, there will be more businesses created in the post-internet era than in the pre-state of things. Investors do not see the value of investing in digital transformation. They’re blind to the facts, and they’re choosing to ignore this huge opportunity. Media is fragmented, anyone can be a publisher and build a brand. So, why and what is Alex  investing in?

On your podcast, Alex can talk about why digitally-enabled businesses are the future and why it is a huge opportunity for both investors and entrepreneurs. He can explain why he would also invest in the companies solving the problems occurring and how running socials and ads the right way for these businesses can accelerate growth.

How to Use FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution® to Hit Big Goals

When it comes to a successful exit, newspapers only report the last mile of the marathon. And we’re left to wonder: what about all the hard work that went into it? How did they do it? Scaling a start-up into a profitable business doesn’t happen overnight. It not only requires hard work and dedication, but also effective systems and accountability. A roadmap to execute on.

On your podcast, Alex can talk about how FranklinCovey’s ‘4 Disciplines of Execution®’ were pivotal to prepping ContentCal for the sale to Adobe. He can share how to use this model to set wildly important goals (business or personal) and reverse engineer them. He can also explain why accountability is critical to realizing your dreams. This is a unique case study on the replicable systems behind a successful exit that is normally only shared in high-level masterminds!
