2. The quote covers the deliverables listed below:

• 3-day full production shoot with drone cinematography

3. A 20% deposit of $405 is required prior to the event to secure the crew and equipment for the event dates. 4. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled start, the 20% booking fee is forfeited to cover lost booking opportunities. If the event agenda runs over the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, overtime will be billed at $100 per hour, per crew member.
