1. The following is included in the Fame Crew service:

• 2 revisions on all final deliverables

2. The quote covers the deliverables listed below:

• 2-day full shoot featuring professional videography
• Complete editing and post-production services
• Professional photography coverage
• Professional lighting and audio capture in London

3. A 20% deposit which is $538 is required prior to the event to secure the crew and equipment for the event dates. Deposit is fully refundable if rescheduled/cancelled >30 days out. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of the high-resolution files.

4. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled start, the 20% booking fee is forfeited to cover lost booking opportunities. If the event agenda runs over the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, overtime will be billed at $100 per hour, per crew member.
