Topics
What Your Audience Could Learn
How entrepreneurs can win faster by focusing on the present, not the past

Many young or even experienced entrepreneurs dwell on their mistakes which keeps them from moving forward. Growing up in a military family, Robert had no choice but to always enjoy the present moment and look to the future as they were moving almost every year. While building his businesses, he embodied this approach again.

On your podcast, he can share stories and actionable strategies that will help entrepreneurs stop thinking about their past and finally move forward.

Define your Recovery Strategy to overcome business mistakes quickly

Entrepreneurs often pursue perfection. Yet, trying to achieve perfection often keeps business owners from making an impact. According to Robert, having a recovery strategy when you make an imperfect decision is more important than striving to make perfect decisions all the time.

On your podcast, he can share stories of saving multi-million dollar deals in just a couple of seconds ONLY because he was prepared and had a recovery strategy in place.

Getting What You Need: Field-tested negotiation secrets for young entrepreneurs

Businesses are lost because entrepreneurs fail to negotiate to get what they need. Especially younger entrepreneurs come to negotiations unprepared and leave empty-handed.

During this actionable topic, Robert can share the step-by-step strategy that helped him and his business partners to create win-win situations in business and life. He’s described stories in his new book Don’t Be Dumb that he’s happy to share with you before the interview.

Eliminate “STUPID” tasks

The acronym STUPID stands for Slow, Time-Consuming, Unproductive, Inefficient, and Duplicative. In every business, many STUPID activities get performed for no apparent reason.

On your podcast, Robert can share how to spot such activities and proven exercises to eliminate them to increase productivity, job satisfaction, and results within teams.
