After a practice submits its claims to an insurance company, there is no telling how fast that claim is going to be paid. It can be anywhere from 30 to up to 90 days as the claim is often sent back to the starting point for additional clarification. That creates very dangerous and stressful uncertainty.
On your podcast, Carlos can share actionable strategies on how medical practices can close this gap. He’ll walk your audience through different external funding methods, so they can finally start focusing on growing their business instead of juggling cash flow to make ends meet.
Every year, thousands of medical practices find themselves in a tough spot. They want to grow but lack enough working capital due to the different frequency of payables & receivables. As a result, they just keep juggling cash flow and are unable to think strategically.
On your podcast, Carlos can talk about how medical practices can escape this vicious “Feast or Famine” cycle. Being an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, he will talk about achieving the #1 goal of every successful practice – healthy cash flow.
Medical businesses are often being held back by a lack of working capital and as a result, they cannot expand and help more people. It’s almost like sitting in a sports car and pressing the gas and the brake pedal at the same time – the engine is failing but the car is in the same spot.
On your podcast, Carlos can uncover different ways of getting working capital to–metaphorically– lift a foot from the brake pedal. He’ll talk about how even practices younger than 1 year can access enough working capital, how to ethically delay payments (from NET30 to NET45), or why collecting more money from customers is not always the answer.
If there is a specific topic you would like Carlos to focus on during the interview that is not listed here, please do let us know.
We would be more than happy to run this by Carlos to see if he was able to talk in detail and deliver value to your audience.
