2. The quote covers the deliverables listed below:

• 3-day comprehensive conference coverage at the Gaylord Rockies
• Dynamic industry footage capturing General Sessions, Keynotes, attendee engagement, networking, speakers/panels, expo hall interactions
• Man-on-the-street style testimonial interviews with attendees
• Professional audio capture for all interviews and key presentations
• Coverage includes offsite party at Stanley Hangar on April 21

3. A 20% deposit which is $459 is required prior to the event to secure the crew and equipment for the event dates. Deposit is fully refundable if rescheduled/cancelled >30 days out. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of the high-resolution files.

4. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled start, the 20% booking fee is forfeited to cover lost booking opportunities. If the event agenda runs over the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, overtime will be billed at $100 per hour, per crew member.
