Fame Clips Policy & SLA (Public)

Below are the fulfillment policy of Fame Clips video editing services.

Delivery Policy

1. Orders can be submitted through Fame Clips Studio or through Slack / account rep
2. Short-form video editing have a turnaround time of 72 hours (incl. weekends)
3. If the order is late, you will get an email notifying you of this
4. In some cases, orders might take longer (more than 10 clips, custom instructions)
5. For revision requests, the turnaround time is 24 hour (incl. weekends)

Cancellation Policy

For subscriptions: you can cancel at any time. The remaining credits can be used even after cancelling and will not expire. Please email team@fame.so or use the Intercom chat on the bottom right.

For packages: there are no cancellations possible

Refund Policy

For subscriptions/packages: there are no refunds
